Velnoxa Inc. (“Velnoxa”, “we”, “our”, “us”) collects information you provide directly when you create an account, connect a workspace, or contact support, including your name, email address, and payment details processed via our payment provider.

We also collect usage data automatically: pages visited, features used, and technical information such as IP address, browser type, and device identifiers. This data is used solely to operate and improve the service.

When you upload product images or other assets to the platform, those files are processed by our AI pipeline and stored in accordance with your workspace settings. You retain full ownership of all content you upload.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Velnoxa platform
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, product notifications)
• Respond to support requests
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your uploaded creative assets to train AI models without your explicit consent.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted third-party service providers who operate under strict data processing agreements, including:

• Payment processors (e.g. Polar.sh) for billing
• Cloud infrastructure providers for hosting and storage
• Analytics services for aggregate usage insights
• Email providers for transactional communications

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Velnoxa, its users, or the public.

We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active. When you cancel and delete your account, your personal data and uploaded assets are purged within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

We implement industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
